What does "for research use only" mean?
Our products are intended exclusively for licensed research professionals for in-vitro laboratory use. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, and we do not make any therapeutic, diagnostic, or health claims.
How are your materials tested for purity?
Every batch is sent to an independent third-party laboratory for HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) purity analysis. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) document the exact purity percentage of each batch, along with a fentanyl screen, and are available for review.
When do you ship?
We ship Monday through Friday, with a daily cutoff of 1:00 PM PST. Orders with confirmed payment before the cutoff ship the same business day; orders after 1:00 PM PST, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day. Free shipping on orders over $200. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What is your purity guarantee?
Refunds and exchanges are available only if purity is below 99%. If a product is independently verified by a qualified third-party laboratory to test below the purity listed on its COA, we will, at our option, replace or refund that item. Otherwise, all sales are final. See our Returns policy.
How should lyophilized materials be stored?
Lyophilized (dry) materials should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. For long-term storage, freezing at -20°C is recommended. Once reconstituted in solution for laboratory use, store at 4°C and use within the appropriate timeframe for the material.
How do I place an order?
