These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NovaForge Labs website and your purchase of any products from us ("NovaForge Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or an authorized representative of a research entity to use this site or purchase our products. By using the site you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are purchasing solely for lawful, research-use-only purposes.
Some areas of the site require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. NovaForge Labs may decline, limit, suspend, or terminate any account or order at its sole discretion, including where we suspect misuse or that products are intended for human or animal use.
Product descriptions, purity figures, and certificates of analysis (COAs) are provided for the specific batch tested and are believed accurate at the time of publication. We may correct errors, change products, or update pricing at any time without notice. Stock is limited and restocks are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Listed prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes or duties.
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, pricing errors, stock issues, or non-payment. An order is not reserved or confirmed until payment is received.
We currently accept the payment methods shown at checkout (which may include Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or bank transfer). When sending payment, include only your order number in the payment memo — no product names or descriptions. Orders ship only after payment is confirmed. Do not include product information in any payment note.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment, with standard delivery typically within 3 business days. Shipping is a flat $6.95 on orders under $200 and free on orders of $200 or more, unless otherwise stated. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are the importer of record and responsible for any customs, duties, or local requirements that may apply.
Because of the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, with one exception: refunds and exchanges are available only if purity is below 99%. If a product is independently verified by a qualified third-party laboratory to test below 99% purity, we will, at our option, exchange (replace) it or refund the purchase price for that item. To request a purity claim, contact us with your order number and the third-party test result. Reward points and promotional discounts are not redeemable for cash.
COAs reflect third-party HPLC testing of the referenced batch and are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the stated analysis and do not imply approval for human or animal use.
You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, import, possession, handling, and use of these products in your jurisdiction. Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain locations. It is your responsibility to verify legality before ordering.
You agree not to purchase, use, or represent our products for any human or veterinary application, clinical use, or resale for such use. You agree to handle all products only in an appropriate laboratory setting by persons trained in the safe handling of research chemicals. Any misuse voids all obligations of NovaForge Labs and is solely your responsibility.
NovaForge Labs does not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-injection, or usage protocols, and makes no recommendation regarding any such use. No content on this site should be interpreted as instructions for administering any product to a human or animal. Products are supplied as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research only.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and page design — is the property of NovaForge Labs and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.
The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in Section 7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaForge Labs and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovaForge Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
