NovaForge Labs ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and your choices. Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.

Information we collect

• Contact details — your name and email address when you enter the site or place an order.
• Order information — the products you order, your shipping address, and the payment method you choose at checkout. We do not store full card numbers or bank account credentials. Card and bank payments are handled by our payment processors, and other payment methods are completed directly with that payment service.
• Account information — if you create an account, your email and a securely hashed password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Wishlist & reward activity — items you add to your wishlist and reward points earned or redeemed.
• Usage data — via Google Analytics, we collect anonymized data about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, products clicked, general location, device/browser). This uses cookies.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your orders and confirm payment.
• To operate your account, wishlist, and rewards.
• To notify you about products you're interested in, restocks, and order updates.
• To understand site usage and improve our products and website.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run our site — Supabase (database and accounts), Netlify (hosting), Resend (order and account email), our payment processors (payment handling), shipping carriers (delivery), and Google Analytics, Meta, X and OpenAI (site and advertising measurement) — solely to operate the website. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage, and measurement tags from Meta, X and OpenAI to understand which advertising brings visitors to the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or opt out using Google's opt-out add-on. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to browse or order.

Data retention & security

We retain order and account information for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations. We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. If you have an account, you can view your orders and rewards there at any time.

Age requirement

This site and its products are intended for research professionals aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
